New Customer Engagement Survey with Ipsos

NIJobs has just launched a brand new Customer Engagement Survey to gather valuable feedback from our clients regarding our services.

Thus survey, now administered by Ipsos, aims to assess whether we are meeting your expectations at NIJobs and effectively addressing your recruitment needs.

Our Customer Engagement Survey has evolve over the years, and we have been working with a new partner called Ipsos since the Autumn wave of the study in 2023.

What’s changing this year?

The introduction of two waves of the study per year – Spring and Autumn.

  • The focus topic of our spring wave is on sales and service and the focus topic of our Autumn wave is on product.
  • We will still collect our key KPIs in both waves, such as NPS, satisfaction, and Candidate Delivery. Price Performance, or the budget spent will be asked of us and our main competitors.
  • As we have 2 waves per year now, the survey time will be reduced from 10-15 minutes to just 6 minutes.
  • As always, we will use a two-stage approach for each study, with the first being an online survey and the second being online telephone interviews when needed.

Increase data transparency, equipping our teams with customer insights.

  • Previously, it would take a few weeks to receive the data and there was a 50-60% transparency rate (opt-in) of personal customer data.
  • This year, we will receive the raw data every week during the online phase and have 100% transparency.
  • This level of transparency allows us to close the loop with our customers and follow up with them afterward.

The implementation of the new Customer Engagement Survey marks a significant step forward for NIJobs and its clients. By transitioning to Ipsos and streamlining the survey process, we aim to enhance overall operational efficiency while reducing completion time for our valued customers. Conducting the survey twice a year underscores our commitment to continuous improvement and aligning our services with your expectations.
