The year kicked off with the platform achieving a new milestone for our customers with January receiving the highest-ever recorded applications ever seen on the platform.
This has been made possible by the upgrade of our platform with innovative, job-matching technology, speedier application processes, and more. The result has been an increase in the number of applications recruiters from relevant, qualified jobseekers.
Starting the year strong, in January, Total Applications for the month experienced a 51% rise year-on-year.
Continuing this successful trajectory, in February, Total Applications experienced a 43% increase year-on-year.
Additionally, Jobseeker Registrations on NIJobs grew by over a quarter (28%) compared to the same time last year, further highlighting the heightened interest and engagement among jobseekers.
