Matching jobs to candidates is supported by a range of specially developed recruitment products and tools, including Instant Job Match and Job Recommender. Making sure your vacancies are optimised to achieve the best possible results is a must.

This is why, over the last twelve months, we’ve doubled the size of our Customer Service Team. Our experienced, responsive consultants are there to make sure you get the most out of our technology.

Customer Service Lead Robert Flynn says that helping customers get the results they seek is fundamental.

Our team know our platform inside out. We have extensive knowledge not just of our products, tools, and software but also of best practices in digital recruitment. It’s our job to keep up to date so you can progress quickly through this stage of the hiring process and move on to shortlisting, interviewing, and hiring. We want to play our part in making your time to hire as short as possible.

We believe in being proactive. We will check in to see how things are going with your job performance and if we spot something that needs a slight tweak, then we will get in touch and talk you through the changes that could help deliver more for your business.”

With the launch of our new platform, we are expecting an increase in hiring and jobseeking activity in 2023. We are looking forward to bringing customers on that journey with us and ensuring their experience of NIJobs.com is positive and delivers the talent they want to grow their business.

The Customer Service team can support you with the management of your jobs, including posting, editing, refreshing, and expiring job ads.  The team can also assist with creating and updating Company Profiles. Finally, the team are happy to provide one-to-one training sessions and job optimisation consultations.
