Northern Ireland’s first Employer Branding Academy workshop kicked off at the NIJobs.com offices in Belfast this week.
Developed and run by the global employer branding company Universum, the Employer Branding Academy will teach recruiters and marketeers how to create and execute an effective employer brand and how to demonstrate the clear ROI to key business stakeholders.
The programme offers five modules through an interactive eLearning platform featuring theory, interactive exercise tools, templates and case studies. On completion, participants will be confident in strategising, building and measuring the impact of an organisation’s employer brand.
