Now, when a candidate wants to apply for a job, they will be a required to create an account with us.
It’s a small change that one that will make a big difference to candidate delivery for you.
With over 50% of our traffic now coming from mobile this update will streamline the application process for job seekers, making it easier for people to apply for jobs from mobile and apply directly from job alerts.
For job seekers, it means an improved user experience and, for you, it means another boost to the quality and quantity of your applications.
This simple update will also allow us to track jobseeker behaviour more effectively. Empowering our new purpose built algorithms to channel this data and provide more personalised job recommendations to candidates.
