Richard Ramsey is a leading commentator for the NI economy. After a decade in the Civil Service, he spent 17 years at Ulster Bank, serving as Chief Economist from 2009 to 2024. He is now Professor of Practice in Economics & Policy at Queen’s Business School and the William J. Clinton Leadership Institute.
