Filter questions are a simple to use screening tool that can help improve the quality of your applications.

Filter questions are best used when there is a specific requirement you’d like your ideal candidate to possess. For example, do they need a certain level of experience, fluency in a language or a particular qualification?

When you are preparing your job for posting in your Recruiter Hub you will find a section that allows you to add filter questions. The most commonly used filter questions will be automatically suggested to you or you can opt to set your own.

Jobseekers who do not meet your filter question requirements will still be able to apply for your role and their application will be visible to you. However, the addition of filter questions will allow you to quickly identify the applicants who are most likely to meet your job specifications.
