Principal / Staff Backend Engineer (Python + AWS) Location: Fully Remote (UK) OCHO Building Teams - Were partnering with an award-winning tech company transforming its sector with data-rich, cloud-native platforms. Were hiring for Principal and Staff-level Engineers with deep Python and AWS expertise engineers who think beyond code to shape systems, influence decisions, and mentor others. You'll be instrumental in evolving a platform that digitises complex workflows and surfaces operational insights in real time. What Youll Be Doing * Architecting and building production-grade backend services and APIs using Python (Django or Flask). * Designing distributed systems on AWS, with performance, resilience, and scalability top of mind.
