Trust Officer

A charitable trust which makes grants to charitable voluntary organisations in Merseyside and Northern Ireland

TRUST OFFICER (Northern Ireland)

The Trust Officer will administer the foundation’s Northern Ireland (NI) office and will assess and monitor grant applications primarily by visiting the projects concerned

Essential requirements for the post are:-

  • Good knowledge of grass-roots voluntary and community organisations in NI
  • Good understanding of NI’s voluntary support and funding infrastructure 
  • Ability to understand and operate financial and grant management systems
  • Good time-management skills and the ability to work alone
  • Ability to meet the travel requirements of the job

The post is Part-Time. The salary is £23,000 p.a. for a 21 hour week + benefits, including a Contributory Pension Scheme at 9% of salary and six weeks annual leave plus bank holidays
