To assist Head Chef on duty with preparation of all food items for the hotel within the the kitchen.


  • Ensure that all food prepared is of the highest standard
  • To ensure the delivery of function food is of the highest standard
  • To assist the head chef in the implementation and delivery of menus,  staff training and development of the team.
  • To help head chef idenify areas in the kitchen that can be improved upon.
  • To assist in the controlling of costs, labour and stock control is a vital part of this role.
