Purchase Ledger Clerk, Permanent, Belfast, New role within the business

 

Purchase Ledger Clerk

VANRATH are pleased to be recruiting a Purchase Ledger Clerk for a permanent position based in Belfast. The Purchase Ledger Clerk will join a small team and will report to the Financial Controller. This is a newly created position and is an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join an exciting, long established and expanding business.



Responsibilities:

  • Processing purchase ledger invoices and credit notes
  • Matching purchase order to invoices for payment approval
  • Liaising with other departments and suppliers to resolve queries
  • Processing payment runs to suppliers
  • Any other activities required within the finance function

The Ideal Person:

  • Previous experience working in a busy accounts department
  • Strong Excel skills and excellent communication skills


Remuneration:


£18,000-£21,000 (depending on experience)
