Job Description

Founded in 2009, Eunisure has grown to service the whole of the UK with insurance solutions to meet every customer’s needs. Acquired by the AFH financial group in 2017 – we now have over 300 advisers across England, Scotland, Wales & Northern Ireland

We currently serve over 50,000 customers providing them with the various assurances throughout the different twist’s and turns in life. As we continue to grow and expand, we are seeking to recruit a Specialist Protection Advisor to cover Northern Ireland working with current clients and proactively engaging with potential customers.

We are looking for motivated, hard-working sales professionals who can work on a self-employed basis where your OTE earnings will be up to £50,000 annually. This sector has grown throughout the current climate as more customers are taking stock of our various life covers/ insurances.

Main Duties 

  • Engaging with customers to ascertain their insurance needs, delivering an overall fantastic customer service experience
  • Promoting Eunisure and the protection products we offer to meet each customer’s individual needs, ensuring a positive contribution to the branch’s profitability
  • Processing any and all transactions efficiently and accurately, avoiding discrepancies that may result in a financial loss to the business or individual
  • Taking full ownership of your role with the ability to work independently at all times, ensuring the highest level of professionalism
  • Responsible for selling/advising on income protection, critical illness and life products in a regulated environment.
  • Generation of leads.
  • Providing an independent service to clients.
  • Accurate data entry.
  • Submitting and progressing applications to completion covering all compliance requirements.
  • Working with providers ensuring that products are in place within the required timescale.
  • Ensuring all advice is accurate and meets with financial regulations.
  • Preparing and submitting files to providers and compliance.

Essential skills/ criteria

  • Must have access to your own car
  • 6 months experience in a customer-focused environment
  • Business development skills in face to face as well as telephone
  • Strong communication
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to build rapport & develop professional relationships
  • Team player, resourceful
  • Ability to spot sales opportunities
