Since we began operating in 1959, we’ve known that recruitment is about people, not jobs.
Clients create vacancies and candidates fill them, so our focus is on meeting your individual needs. By taking care of people, we take care of the jobs.
Here are some of the things we do to keep our service personal:
Our chef blog discusses industry news and interesting gastronomy, and features videos of our resident chef adding his touch to familiar dishes. It’s also a good way to stay up to date with our annual Chef of the Year competition.
We run yearly surveys to provide candidates and clients with insights into recruitment and salary trends. The study highlights developments according to location, market sectors, job roles and legislation, among others.
This is carried out in association with AA DriveTech. It highlights key issues by asking questions on professional development, lifestyle habits and recruitment. Our engagement with the driving community has already increased significantly.
As a candidate, we want you to get the job you really want. You can ask us questions directly on our Facebook career surgery and we’ll answer them, or contact your dedicated consultant for personalised advice. We also upload iTunes podcasts that provide free job search advice. Alternatively, visit our candidates page which is full of useful careers information.
