As the Solutions Architect you will perform a key role within Capita Managed IT Solutions, working to apply Capita and 3rd party partner technology and service offerings to meet the technical and business objectives of a diverse range of new and existing Capita customers.
The successful applicant will be responsible for providing 2nd/3rd line support across a range of network technologies including local and wide area network topologies and platforms.
The successful candidate will need to be dynamic, have a clear vision around new technologies and practices and possess the energy and drive to bring their design ideas to life. d success.
You will act as a key point of contact for the Service Desk in both receiving escalations and where appropriate providing guidance and instruction. In this role, you will work across multiple technologies common to our Tier 1 Managed Service Clients, including Active Directory & Backups.
