HR Administrator required for 10 -12 month contract role with a company based in Craigavon


HR Administrator (Craigavon)

VANRATH are excited to be recruiting a HR Administrator to support a fantastic company based in Craigavon. Reporting to the HR Business Partner you will work closely with a supportive and hard working group of HR Advisors. This established team are keen to offer a motivated and enthusiastic candidate the opportunity to expand their HR exposure and progress their career. Although initially offered as a contract this organisation has a strong track record of making temporary staff permanent and of offering them opportunities to develop their careers.


  • Provide administration support to the HR Team
  • Compile contracts and offer letters and update HR System with new joiner details
  • Support with the coordination of Recruitment, advertising roles and preparing interview packs
  • Prepare reports and update HR Systems
  • Compile absence management reports and take responsibility for time and attendance system
  • Prepare induction packs
  • Support during disciplinaries and grievances

The Ideal candidate:

To be successful in this role you must have exceptional organisational skills with excellent attention to detail. You should have a minimum of 6 months experience within HR Administration or have completed a placement year as part of a HR degree. This is an immediately available position and will initially be offered as a contract with the possibility of becoming permanent in the future.


£14 - 16000 + parking
