Description

To repair, service and diagnose the range of Audi vehicles in accordance with manufacturer work specifications, ensuring each customer and customer vehicle is treated with care and respect.

About the Role...

  • To repair, service and diagnose the range of Audi vehicles in accordance with manufacturer work specifications, ensuring each customer and customer vehicle is treated with care and respect.
  • To complete regular online and face to face training courses in order to achieve accreditation in line with manufacturers training requirements.

 

About you...

Applicants must demonstrate how they meet the following criteria:

  • Relevant City & Guilds, BTEC or NVQ Qualifications.
  • Minimum of 2 years proven experience of vehicle diagnostics within a franchised dealership.
  • VAG/ODIS experience preferable but not essential.
  • Full driving licence (for insurance purposes must be aged 21 or over)
  • Ability to coach and mentor members of a team
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to develop good working relationships
  • Ability to work in a busy environment.
