Customer Advisors sought for leading utilities company based in Belfast city Centre, must be flexible in working hours, £18,878 starting salary rising to 20,976 after 9 months and 10% performance related bonus

 

Due to continued success we are seeking to recruit a number of Customer Advisor(s) to join our client, a Multinational Service provider. This highly professional Contact Centre, based in Belfast City, has a low turnover of staff due to various unique factors which make it a great place to work and we are now looking for talented individuals to join them on 20th November.

This is a Customer Service function to for their Corporate Group and can cover every aspect of service from Sales to Corporate Complaints to Technical Support. For this reason an Advisor has access to a wide range of Career Opportunities as well as an in-depth training and development program within the Customer Service Contact Centre.

The organisation also promotes a good work – life balance for their Customer Advisors and typically you would work only one weekend in 3 with a typical 8.5 hour shift starting at 8am and ending no later than 9pm however the centre operates between Monday and Sunday, 7am and 11pm to meet business needs and applicants will need to be fairly flexible. A Customer Advisor will receive a shift pattern 5 weeks in advance although over time opportunities are available, these are voluntary.

As newly appointed Customer Advisor you can expect a starting salary of £18,878 rising to £20,976 after 9 months and a 10% performance related bonus, as well as a fantastic range of benefits:

•               Capable troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
