The post-holder will provide a full secretarial service to the Hospice Outpatient Hub and the Community Project Nurse

 

Post:    Community Administrator

Department:   Community Administration Team

Location:      Somerton House, Somerton Road, Belfast, BT15 3LH

Reports to:   Hospice Outpatient Hub Manager

Band:        Based on Band 3  (£15,753 - £18,854 per annum)                                                      

Hours:       37.5 hours per week

Role Overview:    To provide a full secretarial service to the Hospice Outpatient Hub and the Project Nurse for Adult Community Service redesign.

Essential Criteria includes:

  •  OCR Stage II Word Processing Parts 1 and 2 (or equivalent) Plus  4 GCSE’s to include English Language at Grade C or above or equivalent.

     OR

GCSE English Language at Grade C or above or equivalent and two years relevant experience in the last five years.

     OR

       NVQ level 2 in Administration or Amspar

  • Proven Ability to take minutes/notes.

  • A working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel, Internet and Email

  • Excellent communication skills and organisational skills.

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise and work to deadlines.
