Administrator Required For Full-time Position


Due to an increase in our level of business we are currently seeking a bright, determined and experienced Administrator / Receptionist to join our Administrative Team in Ballymena. The successful candidate will be working closely with an extremely experienced administrator to provide a range of support services to our team of Sales Consultants including payrolling our temporary Staff and invoicing our Clients.

As one of Northern Irelands largest Recruitment Agencies, First Choice has come a long way since opening its doors in 1994. We now place over 1000 temporary staff every week and require additional members to our team to assist in the payment processes for our Clients and Staff alike.

With over 20 years’ experience in the local market we ensure our clients and Staff receive an efficient and effective service and are looking for someone with that “Great Eye For Detail” and a proven experience in efficiency to be able to deliver what we expect.

At First Choice we want proactive and professional individuals who want to encourage our business relationships within this vital office role.

What The Role Entails:

This is a diverse role and will include a number of key areas including:

ü  Front of House and Switchboard Duties

ü  Meeting and Greeting Business Owners and Clients

ü  Meeting and Greeting Staff and Potential Candidates

ü  Appointment Setting and Application Checking

ü  Processing Timesheets for Temporary Staff

ü  Processing Invoices for Business Clients

ü  Maintaining Computer and Paper Based Systems in Relation to Temporary Employees

ü  Handling Payroll and Invoicing Queries


What We Need From You:

ü  12 months experience in an Office Administrative Role

ü  5 GCSE’s grade A- C including Maths and English

ü  Computer Literacy including excel, word and email

ü  A clear desire to excel in a fast paced environment

ü  A capability to complete paperwork and maintain our high standards

ü  An unrelenting work ethic

The Nitty Gritty:

ü  Office hours are Monday – Friday 8.45am – 5.30pm

ü  24 Hour on call service rota that all staff partake of
