Office & Business Support Administrator PT – 16 hours, 4 mornings per week. Excellent opportunity located in Belfast. Immediate interviews available.

 

Office & Business Support Administrator PT – 16 hours, 4 mornings per week.

 

Hours:                  This is a part time post, 16 hours four mornings per week. Additional hours outside of this may be required from time to time.

 

Location:             Located at our offices in Belfast, some travel may be required from time to time to other locations in Northern Ireland where we have clients.

 

Due to continued growth, we are seeking to appoint an experienced administrator who has excellent planning skills, strong attention to detail and the enthusiastic required to support our business and the team.

 

Job Purpose:

Provide comprehensive and confidential administrative services to support the needs of the business and team in delivering to our clients.

 

Key Duties

  • General Office Administration, Business Support & Planning across a range of activities
  • Preparation of Information Reports, Documentation and Records Management
  • Collate timesheets and support the timely and updating of our financial records

 

To be successful you will have:

  • Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
  • Excellent proof reading skills with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent PC skills with strong competence in MS Office products, with strong formatting skills to ensure the formatting of high standard documentation
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles ideally with previous experience of using an on-line financial system such as Sage or Quickbooks
  • Flexibility in working pattern to meet the demands of the post

 

 

COMPETENCIES REQUIRED

  • Strong interpersonal abilities, initiative, team working and enthusiasm
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written – excellent grammar and spelling is a must)
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills to ensure deadlines are met and information required is ready and available

 

Desirable Criteria

  • Access to a car and valid driving licence
