My client is a successful, well established Creative Design  and Marketing Consultancy with the ability to provide an integrated approach to progressive marketing, branding, design and print management solutions to the private and public sectors across NI.

We seek to employ a dynamic leader in the form of a Creative Art Director. You may be seeking more freedom and autonomy to make your mark or build your own empire within a forward thinking company, you may be in the No. 2 seat of a large design agency looking to step up to the top of the ladder? Whatever your motive for this exciting move you must ooze creative flair and be passionate about building a supportive team. 

You will head up the design team to provide a first class,  quality focussed service. You will have overall responsibility for managing all design projects from concept to completion. You will provide strong leadership skills to motivate others to deliver / exceed client expectations within agreed deadlines. You will interpret marketing strategies into daily action plans for design and production staff.

It is envisaged that applicants will have at least 5+ years senior management experience gained over the past 10 years in design consultancy. You can demonstrate a significant depth of understanding of design principles, brand strategy, execution and delivery.

You will have proven ability of business planning at a strategic level with specific responsibility of setting / managing budgets, driving team performance etc. You will use your commercial acumen to maximise business development opportunities working through your account managers.

As this is a client facing role applicants must be competent communicators be people orientated have the ability to articulate design concepts in a compelling manner to win business.

Belfast based. Salary is negotiable £40k - £50k to reflect skills and experience, plus annual car allowance, heatlh care, contributory pension, mobile etc.
