Kennedy Employment Solutions Ltd, the parent company for Kennedy Recruitment Ltd, has completed the acquisition of Maureen Lynn Recruitment Ltd.
The move consolidates the group’s position as one of the largest recruitment businesses in Northern Ireland, bringing the business’s total annual turnover to over £25M and creating a number of highly desirable new job opportunities in the process.
It is understood that the purchase of Lynn Recruitment, details of which have not been released, has been under discussion since 2015 – with a deal being finalised on 30th September 2016.

Located on opposite sides of May Street in Belfast, Kennedy Recruitment and Lynn Recruitment have similar professional brand images, similar structures and have both been trading for just over 25 years.
Initially set up by Evelyn Kennedy and Maureen Lynn respectively, Kennedy Recruitment and Lynn Recruitment have grown up together in the same marketspace. Before that, Evelyn and Maureen worked together in what was the leading Northern Irish employment agency at the time: this goes some way to explaining the synergy between the two companies that has persisted to the current day.
Although there is no plan to amalgamate the two companies or to consolidate the brands, the company now says it wants to use the; skills, infrastructure and experience of both agencies to improve and expand the service that each agency currently provides to job seekers and clients.
