Concentrix President Chris Caldwell has addressed more than 150 members of the business community in Northern Ireland, commenting that the company has had “explosive growth in Belfast”.

The company now employs approximately 1,800 people in four Northern Ireland locations and plans to open a new delivery centre in 2015. That facility, in Belfast’s Maysfield Leisure Centre, could bring approximately 1,000 new jobs to the area.

“We’re a holistic partner to our clients, and a high-value business services company ” said Caldwell. “We’ve got a great foothold in Northern Ireland, and we’ll continue to invest in technologists, software developers, and contact centre staff from this area, because the workforce is perfectly matched with our needs.”

One company, one team, one Concentrix,” said Caldwell. “This is how we think of our company, and that philosophy is how we are driving our transformation-through our entire staff. All of us work toward our common goal of putting our clients first, to differentiate them in their marketplace. We work as one unit, regardless of country, department or functional reporting structure.”

Concentrix is one of Northern Ireland’s biggest exporters of services. In 2014, Concentrix grew to over $1.1 billion and added more than 10,000 staff. The company now has 54,000-plus people in 70 locations across 24 countries.
