We are looking for a Sales & Retention team leader who will work as part of the Service Operations team leader group. Reporting to the Commercial & Outbound Manager, the Team Leader will be responsible for ensuring the retention and acquisition of high value commercial and domestic customers
We are looking for Customer Engagement Specialists to deal with a wide range of customer enquiries, primarily on the phone but also through other offline channels such as email, webchat, post and social media, delivering a great customer experience with low customer effort.
