Role Purpose - To handle inbound and outbound sales and service related telephone calls with high quality and regulatory compliance - To identify and action every sales opportunity and/or customer complaint in line with documented practices
Essential Criteria - Relevant banking experience with direct recent experience dealing with lending requests for small business/personal customers - Experience of communicating and negotiating with customers to deliver creative and sustainable credit solutions
