- Provide administrative support to the HR Executive Committee and wider team as required - Diary management; ensure that management time is maximised in order to focus on strategic planning and day to day operation of the business
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly and succinctly articulate issues to senior management. - Ability to identify, build and enhance key relationships, influencing and challenging as required.
You should have excellent communications skills, both verbal and written, and a genuine desire to assist others through customer service. Previous contact centre/financial services experience is not essential but is desirable.
