To assist the Area Manager to develop current Services in line with appropriate Government, local and regional, strategies, to identify new opportunities for growth and to secure commissioning arrangements for these services.
To carry out quality control audits to ensure that product is produced to customer specification/guidelines, to be responsible for food safety, maintain appropriate records and liaise with various departmental personnel.
Responsible for all monthly, quarterly and annual reporting in line with Sage to ensure reliability, monthly variance reviews, making recommendations for improved efficiencies and cost savings.
The postholder will be responsible for the implementation, coordination, and delivery of the regional Family Support Services Programme of Relatives for Justice across the counties of Armagh and Tyrone.
Responsible for compliance with Quality/Regulatory policies, HACCP procedures and product specifications with primary focus on manufacturing operations.
