Site Manager - MAjor Project - High Rise - Central Belfast *** Site Manager *** Brickwork Specialist *** Major Project *** Your new company A specialist brickwork and façade contractor who work with some of Northern Ireland's leading building contractors on large scale commercial projects have an immediate requirement for a Site Manager to be based on a project in central Belfast. This contractor are the market leaders in specialist brickwork within Northern Ireland and have developed excellent working relationships with a number of main contractors including Farrans and John Paul Construction. This relationship has been based solely on the first class quality of their service and outputs. Your new role As Site Manager you will be responsible for the all the technical aspects of the brickwork and masonry for a high profile high rise project in central Belfast. You will be involved with the direct supervision of multiple skilled tradesmen and labour while monitoring the quality of their outputs and ensuring the project sticks to program. As Site Manager you will be asked to obtain the relevant information/ drawings from the main contractor and implement the required measures on site. This is an excellent opportunity for a Site Manager to add a high value project to their portfolio while also securing long term work within Northern Ireland. This role will allow you to work autonomously and drive production on the site as much as you see necessary. What you need to succeed In order to be successful you will have an in-depth knowledge of brick work and masonry packages on a multi storey high rise projects, a bricklaying background would be an advantage along with a higher level qualification - a Degree or HNC/HND.
