Hays Construction & Property have been retained by our client, a market leading, principal Fit Out contractor who have a requirement for a Site Manager to join their Senior Operational Team. This appointment comes from a consistently strong order book being recently strengthened with the addition of large scale commercial, hospitality and leisure projects. The company continues to promote a highly profiled brand with an impressive level of repeat business. Your new role
The successful applicant must have previous experience at Site Management level on large scale, fast track refurbishment and bespoke Fit Out projects. It is anticipated that applicants will come from a joinery or trade background with a consistent CV highlighting previous project delivery and client management. You will take full responsibility for the complete life cycle of the projects and possess the ability to motivate and manage site teams, design and consultancy bodies.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful applicant must be able to demonstrate commitment and flexibility to all projects undertaken as existing and ongoing orders reside both in Northern Ireland and mainland U.K therefore some travel between NI and the UK will be a requirement of the role. As an experienced Site Manager you will have a proven track record of managing all trades on the ground and ensuring projects are completed within strict budgets and timescales. This opportunity will suit an ambitious individual who takes full ownership for projects from inception to handover.
