The Service Advisor will be required to deal with all customer service and repair requirements in an efficient and courteous manner, ensuring each customer is treated as an individual with care and respect.

 

Service Advisor

The Service Advisor will be required to deal with all customer service and repair requirements in an efficient and courteous manner, ensuring each customer is treated as an individual with care and respect.

The ideal candidate will be computer literate, possess excellent communication skills, and have the ability to work under his / her own supervision.

Full training will be provided.

Duties will include:

  • Liaising with service customers both at Service Reception and by phone.
  • Logging service jobs and booking customer work
  • Liaising with Parts, Service Manager, Sales Team and Technicians on a daily basis

Essential Criteria

  • Proven Track record of delivering excellent customer service
  • Proven track record of working to, and achieving targets
  • Ability to overcome customer objections & resolve complaints.
  • Flexible approach to working life
  • Able to demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to build long term relationships with customers
  • Minimum of 4 GCSE’s at grade C or above (or equivalent)
  • Full Driving Licence (for insurance purposes applicants must be aged 21 or over)

Desirable Criteria

  • Previous Service Advisor Experience
  • Previous experience working within the Motor Industry
  • Excellent remuneration package depending on experience.
