On behalf of our global financial services client, Brightwater are actively recruiting for a senior sales manager to head up their direct sales contact centre. This is a unique senior management opportunity within the industry during an exciting period of growth in the company.

Role Overview

• Operationally responsible for the direct sales force from a sales, marketing and business process management perspective.
• Setting sales objectives working with board and 1^st / 2^nd line management to allocate sales targets.
• Reporting responsibility for management team of various levels.
• Working with board / marketing personnel on company marketing strategy.

Criteria

• Previous senior sales management experience in a contact centre environment.
• A background in the financial services sector with an understanding of UK regulations and FSA requirements.
• Credible senior manager capable of making decisions at a high level and driving the business forward.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships across the business.
