Senior Oracle Developer

Our client, a leader in the Consulting and IT Services market, is looking to recruit a Senior Oracle Developer to join their growing team based inBelfast.

The successful candidate will join an established team, developing enhancements to various end customer systems.  You will have the ability to quickly understand client requirements, understand technical system implications and devise appropriate solutions.

Essential Criteria:

• Track record of developing in Oracle and experience up to Oracle 10g or higher in Forms, Reports, PL/SQL programming.
• Oracle Application Server 10g Administration
• Experience developing in a J2EE environment
• Strong knowledge of Web Server and Browser Technologies, Scripting and Web Services – SOAP, XML, CSS, HTML, Javascript
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Security clearance or ability to achieve BC/CTC level security clearance.

Desirable Criteria:

• Formal Certification
• Oracle Portal 10g
• Additional experience in the following:
• ASP
• .NET
• XML
• HTML
• AJAX
• JQuery
• CSS
• Flash

• Experience of Java in an Oracle environment and XML reporting.
• Experience extending or personalising self-service within the OA Framework
