POST TITLE: SENIOR HR OFFICER

LOCATION: Strand Road Campus
SALARY SCALE: Band 8 - £36,937 - £39,660 per annum
Applicants must have at least:
1 a Level 6 qualification in any discipline;
2 three years’ employment experience at a senior* level in a HR Role;
3 CIPD Graduate Membership;
4 Employment experience of Employment Relations and one other functional area within HR eg: Recruitment, Management Development, Equal Opportunities.
*senior level defined as management of a discrete area of HR work and management of staff and management of budgets
