Exciting opportunity for a Senior Architectural Technologist to join an established Belfast practice. Your new company Hays are delighted to be working with an established Belfast practice to assist them with the growth of their team in the search for a Senior Architectural Technologist. This city centre practice has built up a reputation for designing and delivering a wide range of high end commercial and residential projects across the UK and Ireland. They specialise in urban design, master-planning regeneration, renewal, building design services as well as Design Management and provide these services to a select range of top quality clients. Projects have included large scale hotels, new builds and refurbished office developments, student housing and bespoke residential work. Your new role As a Senior Architectural Technologist you will be given the opportunity to demonstrate your technical skills with utilising state of the art design software on PC and Mac, namely AutoCAD and Revit for Building Information Modelling. Within a dynamic and vibrant office, you'll work alongside the Lead Architect on a wide range of architectural projects and at times, have the opportunity to lead projects, attend sites and liaise with clients. What you'll need to succeed Hold a degree or equivalent in an Architectural or Construction related subject and ideally have practical experience working as an Architectural Technician / Technologist or equivalent in an architectural environment. Or hold a HNC/HND in an Architectural or Construction related subject with ideally at least one years' practical experience working as an Architectural Technician or equivalent in an architectural environment. Fully proficient in the use of AutoCAD and a knowledge of Revit would be highly desirable.
