CSR is currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator / Helpdesk coordinator on behalf of a leading Facilities supplier based in greater Belfast.

Overseeing a team of helpdesk operators, the successful candidate will come from a strong administration background with previous experience in facilities / construction beneficial.

Duties

  • Overseeing a team of helpdesk operatives
  • Ensuring all calls are logged effectively and works are carried out within specific SLA’s
  • You will follow up with sub-contractors to ensure paperwork is returned, and jobs are signed off, and compliant.
  • Administrative duties as required
  • Ensure all applicable documentation is received, checked and filed
  • Process invoices and book-in orders

 

The Person

  • Strong administrative experience in either facilities, construction or related field
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Previous supervisory experience
  • Excellent reporting and record keeping capabilities
  • Keen eye for detail with proven ability of process management
