Your new role Joining the team as a Security Engineer,(CCTV/Intruder/Access Controls) your primary role will be to carry out scheduled service and/or installation visits to customer sites to maintain/install systems in accordance with relevant standards. Your new role will also involve accurate record keeping and efficient planning and communication between piers, clients and customers alike, making sure their needs are met both in person and on the phone or via email. This role requires you to partake on an on call rota with the service team & to deal with customer queries out of hours when not on call as the need arises. You will cover a number of high profile and prestigious contracts as well as commercial properties. What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role you will require the following; Between 2 - 5+ years' experience in the fire and security industry or similar. Experience in Alarms, Security Systems, CCTV & Access Control. Hold a full clean driving licence. Motivated and have the ability to work to tight deadlines. Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a wider team. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
