Here in Belfast, we have a very successful contact centre, employing around 600 people at our Mays Meadow site, opposite Central Station. Our team takes inbound calls from customers who appreciate their ability to cut through the jargon in order to find the financial product that best suits their needs. Our ability to really listen and deliver what our customers want continues to drive our success – which is creating new opportunities for people like you.

As part of our ambition to be the biggest and best we also have several branches across the region. Among the roles we recruit for are Customer Service Advisers, who provide our counter service, and Personal Banking Advisers, who give our customers all the guidance they need to realise their personal financial goals.
