Sales Manager, Financial Services

Brightwater are actively recruiting for a senior telesales manager to join our global client’s inbound and outbound sales operation in Co Fermanagh. This is an excellent opportunity for a successful sales manager to take a step into 2^nd line management.

Role Overview

• Management of a sales team consisting of over 70 staff with inbound and outbound responsibilities
• Direct line management of up to 10 staff providing clear and direct leadership.
• Responsible for all sales from inception to completion ensuring delivery of business plan targets in conjunction with the marketing team.
• Liaison with senior management to set out Key Performance Indicators and regularly report on performance.

Criteria

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a management role within a sales based financial services call centre. 
• Understands the importance of succession planning and will have input into training with a focus on staff development.
• Enthusiastic, results driven, passionate and with a proven track record in delivery.
• Commercially minded, understanding the impact sales have on the company and empowering the team.
• A decision maker, able to come up sales initiatives and take ownership.
• Experience of on line sales would be desirable
• CIP qualification via the Chartered Insurance Institute would be to your advantage but is not essential

Remuneration Package

Basic salary £35,000 - £40,000 plus bonus
