PROPEL is an Invest NI-funded programme, tailored for entrepreneurs starting a new enterprise with an innovative hi-growth concept, capable of becoming a significant export business and employer in Northern Ireland.

PROPEL is delivered over two phases and is designed to fast track the best 15 ideas in Northern Ireland through a tried and tested go-to-market methodology. Successful participating companies should be ready to look for significant investment to grow the business within 14 months. Throughout the course of the PROPEL programme entrepreneurs can expect to benefit from:

• Initial seed investment – to get you started, including salary support
• Best in class business start-up training from industry experts
• Access to local and global contacts and networks
• Accelerated business development
• Access to potential investors
• Incubation facilities
• Being part of an elite group of up to 15 like-minded entrepreneurs
• Provision of a personal mentor who will help you to develop a robust business plan for your proposed business
• Participation at cross border networking events
• Access to the PROPEL Programme Director who will help troubleshoot problems as they arise.

The programme is delivered by Warrenpoint-based consultancy xCell Partners. It is provided free of charge and is open to any potential entrepreneurs resident in Northern Ireland.
