Your new role Due to continual growth in the demanding market place this contractor has a requirement for a Project Manager on a variety of construction projects throughout the UK and Ireland. Your initial project will be a £multi-million healthcare project based within Northern Ireland. You will be a vital link between the clients, head office and the site management teams. The successful candidate will make sure that all design, programming, technical and financial aspects of £multi-million projects are on schedule and delivered to the highest standard. What you'll need to succeed To be considered for this role you should have 5 years' experience within Construction Management and have extensive knowledge on contractual obligations. You should be highly organised and results minded to be successful in the role. You will be tasked with liaising with clients, and subcontractor nomination as well as planning, therefore strong communication skills and IT skills are necessary What you'll get in return This is a permanent position and will allow to work within the management team on high value projects throughout the UK and Ireland.
