Praxis Care Group employs in excess of 800 staff and has over 150 volunteers. It provides a range of services in Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Isle of Man and England.

Praxis Mental Health provides a range of supported living services to people experiencing mental ill health. Praxis Mental Health also provides home response domiciliary care, and a day activity / drop-in and "out of hours" service that offers individuals with mental ill health and related complex needs help in the planning and management of their own social routines. A volunteer befriending scheme helps to reduce isolation and improves the well being of people with mental health difficulties.

Respond provides supported living services for older people, including people with dementia. The model of support enables people to maintain their independence within the living environment of their choice as well as supporting family and primary care givers.

Challenge assists adults and children with a learning disability or acquired brain injury to live in appropriate community settings, through offering a holistic range of care and diversional activity. Challenge specialises in services for adults and children who have complex needs, including challenging behaviours, which could not normally be met outside a hospital or institutional setting. These services include a range of residential and supported living schemes and the provision of work and training opportunities.

The Northern Ireland Agoraphobia and Anxiety Society although a seperate charity in its own right, receives management and support services from Praxis Care Group. NIAAS provides counselling and support to people suffering from agoraphobia and anxiety. It has a telephone help-line and a network of local self-help groups.
