NIAMH, the Northern Ireland Association for Mental Health, provides local support for those with mental health needs in locations across Northern Ireland. A wide range of services are offered, which include housing schemes, home support, advocacy services, information services, public education and research.

As well as the provision of direct services, raising awareness of mental health issues in the wider community, through training and events, has been an important aspect of the Association’s role since it’s foundation.

Carecall, a subsidiary of NIAMH, provides counselling, training and consultancy for employers on mental health in the workplace.

NIAMH has an annual turnover in excess of £6 million per annum and employs 260+ employees.
