Your new company This company is a multinational global bank, operating their HR Shared Service centre from Belfast. Operating in 19 countries worldwide, the offer banking services to a range of corporate partners in the Financial Services industry. Your new role In this new temporary role, you will be required to carry out on- and off-boarding facilities for the full European region, maintaining system data for the full lifecycle and producing appropriate analysis and reports. Sitting within this specialised team, you will act as first point of contact for all enquiries and be required to escalate when necessary. You will provide support to line managers and deliver process improvements around team excellence. What you'll need to succeed In order to be successful, you will have a minimum of one years experience working within a business/office environment, working in an administrative function. Furthermore, you will be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook. Experience and understanding of policies to work, as well as previous experience in the Financial Services industry/on-boarding are a must.
