Our client is looking to recruit a General Commercial Solicitor with 7+ years pqe.

This is a varied role and will involve co-ordinating and managing the internal legal affairs of the organisation both locally and internationally.

As the successful candidate you will have a broad commercial background including experience in; Intellectual Property, data protection and general commercial contract matters.  Experience within litigation would also desirable.

You will be UK qualified with experience within an in-house environment or strong business development skills from a private practice firm.  You will have excellent drafting, communication and interpersonal skills.
