Gaining managerial level employment can be tricky, and can take years, that’s why the Intro Programme is a fantastic opportunity for aspiring managers.

The programme is unique, as it offers graduates the chance to gain experience at a managerial level, whilst allowing them to obtain a postgraduate qualification and benefit from industry leading training delivered by graduate development company Parity.

The programme is 24 weeks in total; this is made up of 4 weeks training and development followed by a 20 week business improvement project within a Northern Ireland company. We have projects in a variety of business areas such as Marketing, Finance, and IT.

All the projects involve a high level of responsibility and scope, enabling you to gain real experience at a junior managerial level, helping you take the next step on the career ladder.

All of this experience, including CV enhancement, one to one mentoring ,and interview coaching is free to the graduate, in fact your are paid a salary and you will receive a recognised postgraduate qualification from the University of Ulster, paid for by your company and partly funded by the Department for Employment and Learning What’s more, the programme isn’t just for those with a business background, we provide thorough training so that graduates from any degree or third level qualification can pursue a successful career in management.
