Henderson Wholesale supplies over 400 SPAR, EUROSPAR, VIVO, VIVOXTRA and VIVO Essentials stores across Northern Ireland from its warehouse in Mallusk and provides support for independent retailers who trade under one of the Henderson Group brands.

Henderson Retail owns and operates over 70 SPAR, EUROSPAR, VIVO and VIVOXTRA stores in Northern Ireland. Many of these are petrol forecourt sites, affiliated with the major oil brands. Henderson Retail is one of the top players in the UK independent market and Northern Ireland’s largest independent fuel site operator. The business continues to receive industry recognition for its achievements.

Henderson Foodservice is a leading all-Ireland Foodservice distributor. Originally established  in 1967 as TNB Ltd, Henderson Foodservice supplies ambient, chilled, frozen and non-food goods to a broad customer base including hotels, restaurants, pubs, bakeries, coffee shops, schools, hospitals, nursing homes fast food and Food-to-Go retail sites. In 2011 the Company acquired Newry-based ICS (Independent Catering Services), a strong player in the ROI market. The pioneering franchise café chain The Streat, is also part of Henderson Foodservice.

Henderson Group Property are specialists in the acquisition and development of retail outlets, particularly petrol forecourts and neighbourhood retail schemes. It consists of a strong in-house team of professionals who provide a full service from acquisition to project management.
