Henderson Group Property are specialists in the acquisition and development of retail outlets, particularly petrol forecourts and neighbourhood retail schemes. It consists of a strong in-house team of professionals who provide a full service from acquisition to project management.
Based in Mallusk, the successful applicant will assist in the Helpdesk department. Duties will include taking and logging calls from across our customer base, liaising with drivers and all departments within the business and other duties as required.

The successful candidate will work as part of a team to identify new retail partners and work with existing ones to build on an already successful retail portfolio. They will have responsibility for signing up new tenancies and licences as well as management and rent collection duties.
Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for preparing production information for minor works and refurbishment projects and to provide sketch designs in support of the preparation of feasibility studies for new build and capital projects.

The successful candidate will report to the Replenishment Team Leader, assisting the Replenishment Buyers, to ensure efficient management of all Supply Chain functions.
