Job Title: Health and Safety Consultant / CDM Advisor. Experience: Nebosh, Construction, Health and Safety. Location: Belfast. Salary: £30,000 - £40,000.
As Health and Safety Consultant / CDM Advisor you will join one of Belfast leading Architectural and Engineering Consultancy firms, supporting a multidisciplinary team in delivering prestigious construction projects within Education, Leisure, Infrastructure (Road and Water), Residential, Environmental and Commercial sector.
As a CDM professional joining their existing team, you will provide assistant and advice to Clients, design professionals and Contractors, supporting projects throughout the lifecycle, from the design stage to post-construction. The successful candidate will be required to demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects and work with multiple stakeholders effectively.
Our Client established their practice in 1963 and have an enviable client base built on fostering partnerships and building relationships within Public and Private Sector and the supply chain. A level of autonomy and responsibility will be attached to this role. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills and the desire to deliver presentations, assist with tender PQQ responses and guide Clients in the drafting of Tender Documentation. Our Clients will fully support Continued Professional Development and as such training will be given to further develop your skills. Qualifications:
