Exciting HR Officer Position with Excellent Manufacturing Firm
Your new company This company is a long established manufacturing firm, based in the North Down area. Having been in business for over 20 years, they continue to grow, going from strength to strength with a staff of over 150 people. Your new role Answering into the General Manager, you role will be to carry out the generalist HR functions for the whole company. Acting in a standalone capacity, you will be provide Human Resource advise and support to line managers and be responsible for end to end recruitment, Employee Relations matters, absence and performance management as well as Health and Safety. What you'll need to succeed In order to be successful, you will have, or be in the final stages of, CIPD qualification. Having worked in a fast paced, standalone capacity would be an advantage, as would having a NEBOSH certificate. What you'll get in return In return for this, would will receive a generous salary ranging between £25,00 and £28,000 depending on experience, as well as paid holidays, pension contributions and on site parking.
