HCL operate a large and complex operation over two sites in Northern Ireland, one in Belfast and one in Armagh. HCL specialise in delivering a complete suite of customer relationship management activities including inbound/outbound sales and customer service customer acquisition, including market research facilities, technical support – inbound helpdesk, crisis management and data recovery, Fulfilment including inbound response handling, data management and web services.

As a customer management centre, we work with many industries including telecommunication, banking, as well as managing specialist media and graphic design for the newspaper industry. We also manage multi-lingual campaigns.
