Mutual Energy Limited, together with GNI (UK) Limited, owns and operates gas transmission pipelines in Northern Ireland. Mutual Energy is involved in a joint venture with GNI (UK) Limited to operate the gas market in Northern Ireland, and is looking to recruit a Senior IT Analyst to support the operation of Gas Market Operator Northern Ireland.
The key functions of the Gas Market Operator are as follows:
Applications are now invited for the position of Senior IT Analyst for the Gas Market Operator for Northern Ireland.
Reporting to the Market Operations Manager of the Gas Market Operator, the Senior IT Analyst will be the main point of contact for all IT related matters associated with the Gas Market Operator activities. These will include IT contract management and functional/technical activities associated with the operational IT system, change management, procedural management and interaction with external stakeholders at meetings/working groups. This is a good opportunity to be part of a small team of a new entity within the energy sector and the individual will be expected where required to apply themselves across the business unit.
