Graduate Fund Administrator

The Fund Administration team is multi client, thereby providing a service to a number of life & pension companies. The Fund Administration department offers an accurate day-to-day calculation of unit-linked prices for a range of insurance and pension funds.

Relevant services also include the compiling and updating of unit registers to reflect all subscriptions and redemptions, movement of policyholder and fund monies to reflect these decisions, monitoring and paying fund related fees, and processing corporate actions.

Educational & Work Experience Requirements

  • Grade of B1 in Ordinary Level Maths or equivalent
  • -Or- Third level qualification in Business / Finance / Mathematics or a related discipline

Key duties & Responsibilities

  • Responsibility for ensuring that Unit linked prices are calculated on a timely and accurate basis.
  • Supervision of Fund Administration processes.
  • Ensure box management of funds is carried out subject to prescribed guidelines.
  • Provision of monthly accounting information and performance statistics.
  • Payment of Fund Management fees in accordance with terms outlined in Fund Management Agreements and SLA's
  • Documentation of any amendments to prices due to errors in information received from TPA providers
  • Improvement of controls on an on-going basis.

Educational & Work Experience Requirements

  • Required: Leaving Certificate examination (or equivalent) with a minimum grade of B1 ordinary level Maths
  • Third level qualification in Business / Finance / Mathematics or a related discipline

Technical Competencies

  • High degree of numeracy
  • Analytical and logical skills
  • Knowledge of MS office
